Steelers team president Art Rooney II releases statement after Week 11 brawl

The brawl which took place between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns in the waning seconds of the Week 11 Thursday Night Football game has dominated the airwaves Friday.

With Myles Garrett ripping off Mason Rudolph’s helmet and using it as a weapon against him resulted in the league suspending the pass rusher indefinitely, as well as other players suspended for a variety of time.

In the wake of this event/news, Pittsburgh Steelers President Art Rooney II released a statement regarding the incident:

“As an organization, we are disappointed with what occurred last night near the end of our game against the Cleveland Browns.
