It’s not really something that is being discussed very much just yet, but the truth is that the Pittsburgh Steelers are heading into the 2018 season with a pretty big question mark at a spot that has proven to be pretty important in recent years. It’s not a starting job, but has accounted for a lot of starts over a long period of time.
I’m talking about the swing tackle position, which has most recently been occupied by Chris Hubbard. The four-year veteran started the majority of the 2017 season at right tackle while starter Marcus Gilbert wrestled with injuries and then was hit with a four-game suspension in the season half of the season.
