The Pittsburgh Steelers made a few roster moves on Saturday and it included them signing a quarterback and a guard.
Signed to the 90-man roster were quarterback Bryn Renner and guard Antoine Everett. To make room for those players the team waived running back Christian Powell in addition to waiving injured center Valerian Ume-Ezeoke.
Renner entered the league originally in 2014 with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina. He has since spent time on the rosters of the Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans and San Diego Chargers.
