The Steelers, desperate for help at inside linebacker, are signing Jon Bostic to two-year contract. Bostic must pass a physical Monday morning before the signing becomes official.
Bostic is only 26, but he is well-traveled over his first five NFL seasons, playing for four teams since being drafted out of the University of Florida in 2013.
Bostic, who was selected by the Bears with the No. 50 overall selection in the second round, started nine games as a rookie and eight more in 2014 before being traded to the Patriots for a sixth-round early in the 2015 season.
