The Pittsburgh Steelers have a vacant roster spot on their 90-man offseason roster with Justin Layne being placed on the NFL’s Reserve/COVID-19 List. In response to that transaction the Steelers have signed journeyman cornerback Curtis Riley.
This per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network:
Free agent safety Curtis Riley, who started three games for the #Raiders last year, is signing with the #Steelers, source said. He took a physical there today. In 2018, he was an every down starter for the #Giants.
