While some may disagree, the Pittsburgh Steelers are always looking to add wide receivers to their team. The 2017 NFL Draft was a perfect example of this with the team taking JuJu Smith-Schuster in the second round, when no one expected it.
The team will have Smith-Schuster, Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant all back in 2018, and the need to add depth at the position is there. Will they draft a receiver in the second round again? Never say never, but I would bet against it. It seems more likely the team will be targeting a pass catcher in the mid-to-late rounds in hopes of finding yet another gem at the position.
