Russell Wilson may be new to Pittsburgh, but he’s no stranger to the feeling of winning a Super Bowl. The Super Bowl XLVIII champion has his sights set on another ring — this time, with the Pittsburgh Steelers — in his first season with the team.
Unfortunately, Wilson has been sidelined through the start of 2024 training camp practices, but he and Tomlin both shared the sentiment that he wouldn’t rush back for the sake of rushing back.
Wilson shared on Friday:
I got a lot of reps in the offseason, we’re not just trying to rush it we got in.
