Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson, listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos, is not expected to play, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday night.

Wilson, who aggravated his training camp calf injury in practice prior to Week 1, was inactive against the Falcons and served as the emergency third quarterback. The 35-year-old quarterback was also limited in practice each day this week.

Wilson's expected absence makes it likely Justin Fields will make his second start against Denver. Fields had a solid if not spectacular performance in the Steelers' 18-10 win over the Falcons last week in Wilson's place.
