Steelers rookie Keeanu Benton listed as limited on estimated practice report ahead of Week 14

The Pittsburgh Steelers are on a short turnaround for Week 14, set to play the New England Patriots to open up the week on Thursday Night Football. After entering Week 13 as healthy as they’d been all season, the dominoes fell hard in Sunday’s loss to the Cardinals, as the Steelers ruled out three starters with injuries suffered in the game.

The Steelers didn’t hold practice on Monday, having just played Sunday, but here is an estimation of the practice report ahead of Week 14.

Steelers practice report Week 14: Monday, December 4

FP: S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hand)

DNP: QB Kenny Pickett (ankle), CB James Pierre (shoulder), LB Elandon Roberts (groin), DT Montravius Adams (groin), LG Isaac Seumalo (shoulder)

Limited: DT Keeanu Benton (oblique)

Rest day: CB Patrick Peterson, DT Cam Heyward (rest/groin)

HC Mike Tomlin already provided several updates to the media on Monday regarding the major injuries for the week, including quarterback Kenny Pickett, who underwent surgery Monday and is out for Week 14, as well as linebacker Elandon Roberts and left guard Isaac Seumalo — both of whom are firmly in the “questionable” realm heading into Thursday’s game.
