On the same day the Pittsburgh Steelers parted ways with veteran long snapper Greg Warren, they cut the cord on tight end Ladarius Green too.
Green, who was signed from the Chargers, was expected to be the dynamic tight end for the Steelers down the seam and in the red zone. Unfortunately, he was neither for the black and gold as he was rarely healthy.
If you recall, Green’s ankle caused him to miss all of the offseason and preseason workouts, and had him start on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.
