Steelers released QB Taryn Christion from practice squad.
The Steelers signed Christion to their practice squad last Tuesday and he spent the week serving as the team’s scout team quarterback and in essence was best attempting to imitate Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
In the Steelers Sunday home loss, Jackson rushed 14 times for 70 yards with a long of 9 yards. Five of those runs were scored as scrambles.
