The Steelers have re-signed Jayrone Elliott to their 53-man roster ahead of Monday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
Elliott was with the Steelers in Week 3 through Week 5, playing 12 offensive snaps with one tackle. He also added 34 snaps on special teams. Elliott was released just before the Steelers’ Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Chargers along with offensive lineman Fred Johnson in order to make room for quarterback Paxton Lynch and running back Trey Edmunds due to the injuries to Mason Rudolph and Jaylen Samuels.
