While he failed to practice on Wednesday because of some inflammation in the middle of his foot, Pittsburgh Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams said Thursday during his talk with the media that he intends on practicing later in the day, according to Chris Bradford of the Beaver County Times.
Williams, who had an astounding 225 total yards from scrimmage in Sunday’s win over the Oakland Raiders, reportedly gave the impression on Thursday that he’ll be able to play this Sunday in the Steelers home game against the Cleveland Browns.
