The quarterback joined his teammate, Cam Heyward, on the latest episode of Not Just Football and he discussed what it’s been like navigating the quarterback battle with Russell Wilson.
“From the moment we got here, I think we both did a good job of balancing the leadership,” Fields said. “We have two different leadership styles. Russ is super vocal, super boom-boom-boom always talking each and every day to where it’s like I like to kind of make my rounds, kind of behind the scenes.
