Steelers prepared to make ‘aggressive offer’ for WR Davante Adams

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been in the market for a receiver dating back to March when they traded Diontae Johnson to the Carolina Panthers, leaving George Pickens as the only other true threat on the boundary. Months of Brandon Aiyuk rumors and trade discussions ended with the All-Pro staying in the Bay area, and the Steelers also failed to land the likes of Deebo Samuel or Courtland Sutton. However, they remain in the market and are once again going big-game hunting.

According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. the Steelers have had discussions with the Las Vegas Raiders and both sides are keeping an open line of communication on a potential trade for Davante Adams.
