The Steelers are heading into their Week 2 matchup against the Denver Broncos as favorites following an 18-10 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
The Pittsburgh offense failed to find the end zone in Week 1, but the team was able to put kicker Chris Boswell into position to make six field goals. The resulting 18 points were enough to outscore the Atlanta offense, which was shut down by a fierce pass rush led by T.J. Watt and an opportunistic secondary. Pittsburgh’s run-heavy offense and strong defense looks like it will be a winning formula for yet another year.
