After the Pittsburgh Steelers cut their roster from 90 to 53, the team then has to turn their attention to their practice squad. 10 player who will remain with the team, but only for practice purposes.
The Steelers can select their players from the players they have released and cleared waivers, or other teams’ players who have also been released and cleared waivers.
