While the Pittsburgh Steelers did not practice on Monday, the team is still required to file an estimated injury report for the day with them playing the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night. In short, Monday’s injury report indicates the anticipated participation levels of injured players had the team actually practiced earlier in the day.
According to Monday’s report, running back James Conner (shoulder) would have practiced fully had the team worked and that coincides what head coach Mike Tomlin indicated during his afternoon press conference. If things go as planned the rest of the short week, Conner will play Thursday night against the Browns after missing the last two game with a shoulder injury.
