Even though the NFL Network reported earlier Tuesday morning that Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Senquez Golson could miss the next 12 weeks or so after reportedly suffering a Lisfranc injury during Monday’s training camp practice, the team has yet to confirm that the former second-round draft pick out of Mississippi has anything more than just a mid-foot injury.
That’s not the least surprising being as the team has Tuesday off. According to Steelers Public Relations Director Burt Lauten, head coach Mike Tomlin will update all of the team’s injuries on Wednesday and likely after practice concludes.
