One of the most time-honored traditions for the crowds at Heinz Field (now Acrisure Stadium) over the last two decades has been the audible crowd chants whenever a Pittsburgh Steelers tight end catches a pass. The tradition began with Heath Miller, who was serenaded with chants of “HEATH” by the crowd every time he touched the ball.
Appearing on Green Light with Chris Long, the Virginia product discussed the special relationship he had with the fans.
“I remember the first preseason game,” Miller said. “It wasn’t as loud as it became, but people started yelling.
