Steelers LB Payton Wilson: I’m going to help this team win a Super Bowl

The Pittsburgh Steelers have the potential to field one of the NFL’s best linebacking groups in the NFL.

Pittsburgh signed Patrick Queen away from the Baltimore Ravens on a three-year deal and drafted Payton Wilson out of North Carolina State in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft to go along with Elandon Roberts and Cole Holcomb.

Wilson spoke with Aaron Backer of Yardbarker after the team’s final minicamp practice and was asked what he’s learned from Queen thus far.

“We’ll be in certain zone coverages or certain man [coverage], or he’ll se something pre-snap that just allows him to trigger and make a play,” Wilson said.
