Last week, William & Mary announced WR Kevin Hart was extended the opportunity.
Hart had a very quiet college career and was hampered by injury for most of his senior season. He caught only six passes for 45 yards as a senior, appearing in just three games. 2015 was his best campaign, making 22 grabs for 287 yards and three scores.
