The Pittsburgh Steelers escaped the Cleveland Browns in Week 1, and that isn’t satire or sarcasm. After their 21-18 win in Cleveland, the Steelers could finally breathe a sigh of relief as they started the year 1-0.
However, as the dust settles, there was one major injury to defensive lineman Stephon Tuitt, which is requiring further evaluation. According to Mike Tomlin after the game, Tuitt suffered a biceps injury, and will have to be further evaluated before the extent of the injury can be determined.
If it is a torn biceps tendon, it could mean the end of the season for Tuitt, like it did for Larry Foote in the 2013 season.
