Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson is officially questionable for Sunday’s Week 1 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons. Wilson has been dealing with tightness in his calf, the same injury that kept him out of a good portion of training camp. Wilson was limited Friday, as well as Thursday in practice.
Rookie wide receiver Roman Wilson is officially listed as out, so his debut will have to wait at least another week to take place. Another rookie, defensive lineman Logan Lee, is also out with a calf injury. Isaac Seumalo is also out.
The full injury report is as follows:
- QB Russell Wilson: LP, Questionable (Calf)
- WR Roman Wilson: LP, Out (ankle)
- CB Cory Trice: Full participant (groin)
- RB Jaylen Warren: Full Participant (hamstring)
- G Isaac Seumalo: DNP, Out (pectoral)
- TE Darnell Washington: FP (knee)
- DL Logan Lee: DNP, Out (calf)
In terms of how this affects any sort of betting lines, the loss of Wilson shouldn’t see the line move too much.
