The Pittsburgh Steelers dropped their second preseason game of 2016 Thursday night as they were shutout 17-0 at Heinz Field by the Philadelphia Eagles. While the team appeared to avoid any serious injuries for most of the game, backup center Cody Wallace did suffer a knee injury very late in the contest.
“Cody Wallace got hurt with his left knee there, maybe a hyper-extension late,” said head coach Mike Tomlin after the game. “I don’t know the extent of it, it was maybe the last, or second to last play or so.
