The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their Thursday injury report ahead of Sunday’s road playoff game against the Denver Broncos and it shows only two players completely missing the second practice of the week.
Sitting out Wednesday were wide receiver Antonio Brown (concussion) and running back DeAngelo Williams (foot). Brown is still reportedly in the concussion protocol while Williams is not expected to play Sunday against the Broncos because of a right foot injury that he suffered during the regular season finale.
Even though quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) reportedly didn’t throw on Thursday, he was able to get in some limited work after sitting out Wednesday.
