Are you hoping that the Pittsburgh Steelers will trade up in the first-round of the 2019 NFL Draft to select one of the top two linebackers in this year’s class, LSU’s Devin White or Michigan’s Devin Bush? If you are, I would temper those hopes some between now and Thursday night as the Steelers just haven’t done a lot of first-round trading dating back to 2000, the first year in Pittsburgh for general manager Kevin Colbert.
While Colbert has made quite a few trades during his 18 seasons so far with the Steelers, only twice has he moved up in the first-round of a draft during the annual event.
