With the Steelers’ first training camp practice set for Thursday, al eyes will be on the impending quarterback battle between Russel Wilson and Justin Fields.
When speaking to the media Wednesday, Mike Tomlin was asked if Russell Wilson was still on pole position.
“Nothing has changed,” Tomlin said.
He was then asked how the Steelers would manage the allocation of reps between Wilson and Fields.
“Very carefully,” Tomlin said with a sly smile. “You guys think I’m actually gonna back myself into a corner so guys can ask me daily about the rep allocation?
