When it comes to coaches fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers complained about the most, defensive backs coach, and former player, Carnell Lake would easily rank in the Top 5. Well, fans won’t have to complain anymore, as Lake has stepped down from his position with the team.
Lake gave the following statement as to why he was stepping down from his coaching duties, being on Mike Tomlin’s staff since 2011. This from the Steelers’ official website:
I have decided to return to California to be able to be a part of my youngest son’s last year of high school football.
