The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Tuesday that the team has activated the 21-day practice window for three potential depth contributors ahead of Week 18, including veteran linebacker Cole Holcomb and rookies Roman Wilson and Logan Lee.
Holcomb has been sidelined since suffering a devastating season-ending knee injury in Week 9 of last season, several months after signing a three-year contract with the team. At the time of his injury, Holcomb was tied to lead the team with 54 total tackles (4 TFL) with two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
Defensive lineman Logan Lee, a sixth-round selection out of Iowa, was placed on injured reserve with a designation to return just ahead of season kickoff with a calf injury.
