Now that the NFL and the NFLPA are looking into the steps surrounding Ben Roethlisberger's concussion symptoms Sunday in Seattle, according to ESPN's Dan Graziano, questions will likely arise about why Roethlisberger stayed on the field for nine plays after taking a big hit.
Roethlisberger's case is interesting, because he didn't look affected when he kept playing after the hit from Michael Bennett and Bruce Irvin that resulted in a roughing the passer call, but he did stay on the ground for a few seconds after the hit, getting up with the help of teammates. One question is: Did the Steelers consider a potential concussion after the hit?
