The 2024 NFL schedule will officially release on Wednesday, May 15th. However, there will be plenty of leaks beforehand, and the opening game of the season has officially been announced.
The back-to-back defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs will host the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, September 5th to officially open the 2024 season.
This, of course, is a rematch of the AFC Championship Game from this past January when the Chiefs went into Baltimore and defeated the Ravens by a score of 17-10. Including the playoffs, Lamar Jackson has a 1-4 career record against the Chiefs.
