While the Pittsburgh Steelers are currently focused on the NFL Draft, they are only a few weeks away from the start of their offseason training program, announcing the dates for organized team activities and their mandatory minicamp in 2019 on Monday.
As per the rules of the CBA, the offseason is effectively broken down into three stages, with phase one running for two weeks from April 15 this year. Activities during this period are limited to strength and conditioning training only or rehabilitation for players with injuries and are also limited to just four hours a day.
