Steelers agree to terms on rookie contract with 2nd round pick Sean Davis

The Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly inked their 2nd round pick Sean Davis to his first rookie contract.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms on a 4-year rookie contract with their second round pick Sean Davis, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.

Steelers have agreed to terms with second-round pick Sean Davis on a four-year deal, according to a source. He's expected to sign later today. He'll be the fourth Steelers draft pick to sign his rookie deal.

Davis, who played cornerback for the University of Maryland his Senior season, is expected to play safety for the Steelers, and could potentially see significant playing time both on special teams and alongside Mike Mitchell if he proves he can learn the system and physically make the plays.
