The Pittsburgh Steelers officially activated OT Marcus Gilbert from the reserve/suspended list after completing a four-game suspension.
Gilbert’s four-game suspension was for violating NFL’s policy against performance-enhancing substances.
Gilbert, 29, is a former second-round pick of the Steelers back in 2011. He is currently entering the fourth year of his six-year, $30.815 million contract that included a $7.65 million signing bonus and is set to make a base salary of $3.95 million for 2017.
In 2017, Gilbert has appeared in five games for the Steelers and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No.
