Seahawks Part Ways With Former Steelers’ DT Al Woods

The Seattle Seahawks continue to turn over their defense this offseason as they parted ways with veteran defensive tackle Al Woods on Monday. Woods, a former member of the Pittsburgh Steelers several years ago, will now be looking for a new team just shy of his 36th birthday.

Woods, who was originally selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of LSU, has been with numerous teams over the years and that list also includes the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, and Indianapolis Colts.
