It should come as no surprise that all 32 National Football League teams spend a great deal of time keeping an eye on each other. For every team that needs help at one position, there’s a team with an over-abundance of players at the same spot.
Therefore, teams are constantly scouting those positions of need of other teams. For example, despite the nice debut by kicker Garrett Hartley, don’t think for a second that the Steelers aren’t keeping tabs on kicking competitions in several other camps.
With this thought in mind, it should come as no surprise that there are scouts keeping their focus on the Steelers’ battle in the secondary and more specifically, the cornerbacks.
