SEAHAWKS’ RUN DEFENSE
Seattle, as they have for the longest time, run a 4-3 front. Their run defense though has been rough to start the year. They’ve allowed 113+ yards rushing in all five games this season, including 212 to Derrick Henry and the Tennessee Titans earlier this year.
