I have to admit that the one really nice thing about the relatively new rookie wage scale is that guys get signed under contract a heck of a lot faster than they did in the old days. There are some rare exceptions like Joey Bosa out in San Diego but for the most part, these deals are signed, sealed and delivered well ahead of Training Camp now. The Steelers had already signed fifth round selection Jaylen Samuels earlier this week and then added 7th rounder Joshua Frazier and their other fifth rounder Marcus Allen yesterday.
