The National Football League and perhaps Roger Goodell as well may be headed for a reckoning. The lawsuit brought by former Miami Dolphins’ Coach Brian Flores appears to be pretty damning on its own. But what is much more troubling is the assertion that Dolphins’ owner Stephen Ross offered Flores $100,000 per game to lose. Former Browns and Raiders Coach Hue Jackson then doubled down and said he was offered similar deals while in Cleveland. If one or both are proven true then Ross will be forced to sell his team and Cleveland could face serious repercussions as well.
