Rosey Nix had an interesting take on the greatest day a Steelers running back ever had.
“Oh, man, it was like a sit-back-and-watch type of thing. Le’Veon is such an elite guy. You are in awe of him.”
The awe part is understandable. Le’Veon Bell wowed everyone in football with what he did Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. But Nix just sit back and watch? Not a chance. He did plenty more from his fullback position.
“He was opening holes,” Ben Roethlisberger said. “You follow him, I might be able to get 100 yards.”
OK, so that was an exaggeration.
