Judging by the rate at which the Pittsburgh Steelers have been signing players from the Alliance of American Football over the past few days, it would appear that they rated the talent a bit more highly than many of the other teams in the NFL.
With reports emerging of another former AAF player the Steelers have signed to a one-year contract, the Steelers have now added more players from the defunct league than another over team in the NFL, tying the Carolina Panthers with six AAF signings so far.
Sayles should be a familiar name to many Steelers fans after he joined the team as a futures signing in 2018, remaining with the team throughout training camp before being released in the final round of cuts.
