It appears as through the shoulder injury that Pittsburgh Steelers rookie cornerback Senquez Golson has been dealing with is indeed serious and it might even require season-ending surgery.
According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers are considering several options with Golson and that includes surgery.
Last week, David Todd of 970 ESPN passed along word that he had heard Golson might be shelved for the 2015 season because of his shoulder problem.
Golson, who started off training camp on the team’s PUP list after practicing fully during the offseason, reportedly told the team that he believes he injured his shoulder during one of those practices, according to Bouchette.
