Report: Steelers interviewing Cowboys’ Scott McCurley for LB coach job

After Steelers linebackers coach Aaron Curry left for the New York Jets, Pittsburgh has started to look for his replacement.

Per a report by Sports Illustrated’s Noah Strackbein, the Steelers are interviewing Dallas Cowboys linebackers coach Scott McCurley for the team’s own linebackers coach position.

McCurley is a Pennsylvania native who played college football at Pitt, starting off as a walk-on. He started coaching with the Green Bay Packers in 2006, first with coaching administration, then as defensive quality control coach, then assistant linebackers coach, then defensive assistant in 2018.
