The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed guard Ramon Foster before the NFL Free Agency period officially began, but don't let that fool you into thinking the team is okay with their depth at the position.
Outside of David DeCastro and Foster, the only guard backups the team has are Chris Hubbard and Cody Wallace, who is a swing guard and center. This would be a reason why the Steelers are reportedly hosting former New York Giants guard Geoff Schwartz Thursday.

Schwartz was drafted in the 7th round of the 2008 NFL Draft, and has played on a number of teams leading up to the 2016 season.
