The Baltimore Ravens are now the winners of the AFC North division for the 2019 season after beating the New York Jets 42-21 Thursday night at home. This marks the second consecutive season that the Ravens have won the AFC North division and the sixth time overall since the 2002 NFL realignment.
In the win, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, who will likely be named the league’s MVP for 2019 after the season, completed 15 of his 23 total pass attempts for 212 and five touchdowns and zero interceptions.
Jackson, who was sacked just once Thursday night by the Jets defense, now has 33 touchdowns for the season.
