The Pittsburgh Steelers haven’t filled out their 90-man roster yet, and they likely won’t for some time, but they are constantly searching to fill out the inflated roster with talent from anywhere — literally, anywhere.
Pittsburgh has added defensive tackles, linebackers, wide receivers and tight ends, and their latest try-out was for an offensive tackle. While this talent from north of the border, and the CFL, reportedly didn’t get signed, it shows the Steelers are leaving no stone unturned.
In addition to tryout reported Wednesday with TE Kevin Rader, who was signed to future contract, Steelers had tryout from T Ryker Mathews, who played for Hamilton in CFL this past season.
