Pittsburgh Steelers set NFL record with sack in 70th consecutive game

PITTSBURGH -- What started with James Harrison's sack of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco in Week 8 of the 2016 season has continued all the way to Week 14 of the 2020 season.

With an 8-yard sack of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen on Sunday night, defensive lineman Tyson Alualu helped the Pittsburgh Steelers set an NFL record with a sack in 70 consecutive games.

Robert Spillane tied the mark, set by Tampa Bay from 1999-2003, with a sack of Washington's Alex Smith last Monday night.
