The Steelers have until tomorrow to thin out their roster. Today, they announced 10 cuts, one of whom was a big surprise.
The Steelers' first 10 cuts are in as they begin to reduce their roster size to 75 men in time for the September 1 deadline.
Cut so far are:
G Miles Dieffenback
WR Kenzel Doe
RB Braylon Heard
DE Joe Kruger
DT Joe Okafor
OL Colin Rahrig
CB Jordan Sullen
OT Kevin Whimpy
Of all of these cuts, perhaps Ian Wild was the most surprising since he had show both versatility, playing both linebacker and safety.
