Eli Rogers hasn’t practiced for the Pittsburgh Steelers in almost a year. The wide receiver suffered a torn ACL in the team’s playoff loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars last season and has worked all offseason to return to the field. Wednesday, he’ll do so for the first time.
Although there is no confirmation on Rogers’ status, he won’t be able to return to the Steelers this season if he doesn’t practice before their Week 12 matchup. He’s addressed his speedy recovery through social media all summer, so more than likely the team will see him on the practice field this week.
